Editorial policy

Voltages, speeds, disc sizes, batteries and what comes in each box are taken from the product information for each tool.

The grinder and router guides quote the US Occupational Safety and Health Administration directly, with a link and the date we read it.

We write about what a tool does and who it suits, and we point to another tool when it would suit you better.
